Nigerian Soldier Killed In A Clash Between Customs Officers & Smugglers A Month To His Wedding

In a sad report, a lieutenant of the Nigerian Army, Josiah Peter has been murdered in a clash between the men of Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) and smugglers in Oyo state just month to his wedding.

The clash between the Customs personnel from the Federal Operations Unit (FOU), Zone A, and smugglers in Igbo-Ora town occurred on November 20 with Lieutenant Peter and two other people dying.

Per what we gathered, the deceased soldier was set to wed one Mercy Chikodili Ogbonnaya on December 13, at St Peter’s Military Church in Ikorodu, Lagos.

The couple even have a child who just a year old.
