“I can’t forget how Femi loved me” – Veteran Actress Mama Rainbow writes open letter to hubby 37 years after his death (video)

Veteran actress Idowu Phillips popularly called Iya Rainbow has taken to her official Instagram page to write an open letter to her late husband. According to her, she lost her husband 37 years ago, but he has never left her spiritually. Iya Rainbow shared a video to eulogise her late husband, thanking him for standing by her and never leaving her stranded.

In the caption of the video that she posted, the veteran actress revealed that her late husband loved her dearly.

“I lost my husband some years ago. We celebrated our 10-year anniversary in 70s and we were looking forward to many more years to come, but God had a different plan. I miss him every second. He left me with 5 beautiful children and lots of sweet memories.

“I try to be strong, but it’s difficult not to shed a tear.I feel encouraged knowing I’m not the only one who has lost a life partner and soul mate. I find my comfort and strength from the Holy scriptures and remembering how he loved and I can’t never forget how much femi loves me BUT today he has come back.”

The actress also shared a photo of her late husband.
