Classic Football Shirts will be the new jersey sponsor for Burnley.
This season, there has been an increase in the number of clubs using traditional designs for their new uniforms. Burnley has adopted new shirt sponsors Classic Football Shirts to commemorate the club’s 140th anniversary. The shirt’s design was inspired by the team’s championship-winning uniform from 1991–1992.
The front of the shirt has an abstract pattern that alternates between bright blue and dark maroon hues. The vintage shirt is given a contemporary twist by a stylized V-neck and bulky sleeve cuffs. The Clarets’ fantastic home jersey is finished off by the woven club logo and club signature at the back.
Two friends founded Classic Football Shirts in 2006, and today they are home to the largest collection of rare and distinctive shirts in the entire world. Although they have their headquarters in Manchester, the Classic Football Shirts website allows you to shop their incredible old kit archive.
