Kristin Kreuk is a Canadian actress who was born on December 30, 1982 in Vancouver.

She is the daughter of Dutch immigrant Peter Kreuk and Chinese immigrant Deanna Che. Justine Kreuk is her younger sister’s name.

Kristin Kreuk graduated with honors from Eric Hamber High School. She is of Dutch and Chinese descent, thanks to her parents.

Kristin Kreuk competed at the national level in karate and gymnastics until she was in high school, when she was forced to stop due to scoliosis.
