Kwame Yogot Biography
Kenneth Kyeremateng, better known by his stage name Kwame Yogot, is a Ghanaian budding hip-hop musician who has made an impressive entrance into the country’s music scene while maintaining his momentum and steadily ascending. He is well known for his witty and approachable rapping. Sky Entertainment Records is home to “The Rap Comedian,” as he is usually known to. He hails from Assin Bereku in the Central Region of Ghana.
In 2010 with the release of his first song, “3k)yie,” which featured Castro The Destroyer, he made his entrance into the Ghanaian music scene. He released his single “Just Imagine” in 2018.
He spent 11 years as an underground musician, but in February 2021, the chart-topping song “Biibi Besi,” featuring Kuami Eugene and other award-winning vocalists, was released, and it helped him gain attention.
He received a ton of public attention thanks to the Poppin Beatz-produced hit “Biibi Besi,” as well as nominations for the 3Music Awards and VGMA22. On June 16 of that same year, Ray Rock released a follow-up song titled “Oh Ah.”
Recently, he worked with UK musician T-Frank on his new song, “Talk To Me,” which also included Rina. The song is currently receiving a lot of exposure on significant platforms all around the United Kingdom.

Kwame only became this famous after he featured Kwame Eugene on his bibibesi song after years of struggling as an underground artiste. He is always appreciative of Kwame Eugene for welcoming him warmly and accepting to feature in his song.
His way of rap is unique and different from most rappers. He is sometimes referred to as “The Rap Commedian” due to the creative manner in which he adds some humour to his raps.
Despite releasing his first single in 2010 titled “ɛkɔyie” featuring Castro, he hasn’t quite managed to break into the industry until recently. He remained an underground artiste for about 10 years till he featured Kwame Eugene on his biibibesi song which was an instant hit.
It earned him the needed exposure and had nominations at 3Music Awards and VGMA22.
