Jibola Dabo is a popular Nollywood actor, producer, director, script writer, television personality, entrepreneur and a rare philanthropist.

Jibola Dabo came into this life on August 12th 1942, in a poor family background in Lagos State Nigeria. He hails from ‘Owo” in Ondo in the western part of Nigeria.

He had his primary and secondary education in Lagos State Nigeria. where he obtained his first and secondary school certificates respectively.

After completing his primary scondary school education. He proceeded to University of Lagos and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts.

Jibola Dabo proceeded to Columbia State University in the United States of America and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Mass Media.

He started acting right from his primary school days when he played the role of Samson in a stage play drama. After which he played the role of a chief priest of his town in Owo, Ondo State, Nigeria.
