In the late 80s and early 90s, the music world in Nigeria was trailed by the lovely songs of this music legend called Adewale Ayuba. He was one of the brightest musicians of Nigeria in that era who sang to the delight of many people both old and young, high and mighty people in the society.
The Fuji Maestro was an exceptionally gifted musician who also contributed to the fame of the country by the song he sang. After he signed under Sony record label, he released a song titled “Bubble” in 1991 and then followed by “Mr. Johnson play for me”.
He became so popular with the stage name Mr. Johnson and through the platform of his music, he was able to travel around the world promoting Nigeria and African culture and traditions. For those who have listened to his music, you can testify to the fact that his music teaches African culture and traditions, though with some form of fun.
From his labor and God’s favor on his labor, he has been able to get to where he is today. Just recently, he was honored by the King of his town in, Ikenne Remo, Ogun State as the Bobaselu of Ikenne Remo where the likes of Queen Salawa Abeni and other prominent people in the music world were in attendance to grace the occasion.
The music legend is married to Azuwaego and they are blessed with lovely children.
