A Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to advise young ladies to embrace decency and always be modest in their appearance, citing gospel singer Mercy Chinwo as an example.
The young man, identified as 6ixmangram on the micro-blogging platform, opined that a woman could be fully covered and properly dressed and yet find the ideal husband.
Giving this counsel, he cited gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo, who recently got married to her husband, Pastor Blessed of The Waterbrook Church, as an example who should be emulated.
He shared wedding photos of the couple and captioned them,

His tweet elicited varying reactions from tweeps. As at the time of filing the report, the post had garnered over a thousand comments.
A Twitter user @AdaNri1L asked,
“Who gave you the yardstick of measuring “best husbands”? Are you in their lives? Stop with this misogyny. Marriage is not an achievement. So many decent girls are unmarried and there’s nothing wrong with that.”
@youwantawar wrote, “Dear insecure men; your opinion about women and how they dress means nothing. It’s none of your business. Fix your own house before judging someone else’s.”

What's indecent to you might be decent for someone else. You can't dictate what's decent for someone. If you don't like the way someone's dressed if it doesn't affect you. Look away☺️

Nothing concern dressing indecently and dressing decent and find a good husband. Hw do u know a gud husband if I may ask u, or do u have tape u measure them with. The only tin u would have said is girls try to they dress decent.Nt linking indecent dress to bad husband
